Computerized Spring Tensile Testing Machine

The computer-controlled spring tension testing machine uses a motor to drive the crossbeam, applying tensile or compressive force to the spring. Sensors collect force and displacement data in real time, while the computer processes and displays the load-deformation curve. It is used to test the elastic coefficient, maximum load, and fatigue life of springs, making it suitable for quality control in spring production and research on the mechanical properties of materials.
Selection
When selecting, consider that the maximum test force must cover the spring's working load range, the stroke must meet the spring's deformation requirements, and the accuracy must comply with testing standard requirements. Pay attention to fixture compatibility with the spring shape, software features supporting data export and curve analysis, and equipment that is structurally stable and easy to maintain. Choose the drive method based on testing frequency: conventional servo motors for standard use and electromagnetic drives for high-frequency applications.
