Automatic Film Applicator for Experiments

The experimental automatic film applicator uses a motor to drive the blade to move at a constant speed, evenly coating the substrate surface with paint. It is used in laboratories to simulate coating processes and test the leveling, hiding power, and other properties of coatings. It is suitable for quality control in industries such as inks and paper.
Selection
Select the coating width based on common substrate dimensions, adjust the blade gap range according to the viscosity of the coating, determine the machine guide rail accuracy considering the substrate flatness requirements, choose a 220V or 380V model based on the laboratory power supply conditions, and select a 0-3000μm range with reference to the thickness of daily test samples.
