Printability refers to the compatibility of materials such as ink and paper during the printing process, involving physicochemical properties like ink transfer, drying, and paper absorbency. It affects the clarity and color representation of printed materials and is used to evaluate the actual printing performance of material combinations.
Selection
The selection of printability must align with the printing process and material characteristics. This involves testing ink adhesion, drying speed, and paper smoothness. Small-scale experiments should be conducted with reference to industry standards, and parameters should be adjusted based on actual production conditions.
Four-speed proofing speed is optional, up to 45m/min, using flat engraving plate for direct printing, supporting 95 × 149mm concave sample range, suitable for fast proofing of flexible substrates.
