Ink TackMeter

The ink tackmeter measures the resistance of ink during separation by generating torque between a rotating roller and the test ink film. It is used to control the transferability and emulsification resistance of ink during the printing process, ensuring uniform and stable ink color on printed materials. It is suitable for quality monitoring in printing plants and ink production sites.
Selection
When selecting an ink tack tester, ensure it matches the commonly used printing speed range, consider temperature control accuracy to suit the workshop environment, check the instrument material for wear resistance, confirm that the measurement range covers the types of ink to be tested, ensure the operation interface is simple and easy to read, and verify timely availability of maintenance parts.
