Nano UV SpectroPhotoMeter

The nano UV spectrophotometer analyzes the concentration and particle size of nanomaterials by measuring the absorption characteristics of substances to ultraviolet light. It irradiates the sample with a UV light source and measures changes in transmitted or reflected light intensity. Its applications include evaluating the dispersibility of ink pigments, detecting the content of plastic additives, and monitoring the particle size of papermaking fillers.
Selection
When selecting, ensure the wavelength range covers 190–800 nm, with a bandwidth of less than 2 nm to guarantee resolution. The sample compartment should be compatible with micro-sample cells and solid sample holders. Verify that the baseline stability error is less than 0.001 A/h, and an integrating sphere should be included to handle highly scattering nano-samples. The software must include a particle size calculation module and ISO standard testing procedures.
