Glove box coater

The Coater inside the glove box performs the coating process within a sealed enclosure, isolating it from air and moisture. It uses a blade or roller to uniformly apply the coating onto the substrate. This setup is used for coating materials that are sensitive to oxygen or moisture, such as lithium battery electrodes and organic optoelectronic devices, ensuring a stable environment during the coating process.
Selection
When selecting, consider the sealing of the chamber and the precision of atmosphere control, match the coating width and thickness range, check substrate compatibility and coating speed, confirm the convenience of cleaning and maintenance, and evaluate equipment specifications based on sample size and production needs.
