Blender Emulsifier

The mixer blends materials by generating shear force through rotating blades, while the emulsifier uses a high-speed rotor and stator to create vortices, breaking liquids into micron-sized particles. Both are used in the coatings and ink industries for raw material mixing and emulsion preparation, achieving uniform dispersion and stability.
Selection
Select the mixer type based on material viscosity: use anchor-type for high viscosity and paddle-type for low viscosity. Choose the working head structure of the emulsifier according to particle size requirements; use a split-type rotor-stator for fine emulsification. Consider matching the processing capacity with the motor power, use explosion-proof motors in hazardous locations, and select stainless steel materials for corrosive media.
