PRoduct Color Difference Monitor

The product color difference monitor calculates the color difference by measuring the tristimulus values of reflected light from objects and comparing them with the color data of standard samples. It is used for real-time detection of product color consistency during the production process, controlling color deviations between batches in industries such as coatings and plastics.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the measurement aperture to the sample size, ensuring the instrument's repeatability is less than 0.08 ΔE, and verify compliance with the CIE LAB standard. Portable models are suitable for on-site sampling, while inline models are ideal for continuous production. The instrument must include temperature compensation functionality and come with supporting software capable of exporting test reports.
