Temperature test strips

Temperature test strips are based on the principle of thermochromic materials changing color when exposed to heat, indicating the surface temperature of an object through color changes. They are used to monitor equipment operating temperatures, verify heat treatment effectiveness, and quickly determine temperature ranges in scenarios such as injection molding molds and circuit board soldering.
Selection
When selecting, consider whether the temperature measurement range covers the requirements, and ensure the accuracy meets the process needs. Pay attention to the response time and color recognition, and confirm that the adhesive backing is suitable for the surface being measured. Check the product certification and validity period, and choose between single-point or multi-point temperature strips based on the usage environment.
