Overview
QIWEI PHS-3CW pH meter (Benchtop microcomputer model) adopts manual temperature compensation, Measurement accuracy is 0.01/0 pH, with Data storage and extraction functions. The pH Meter adopts imported high-quality integrated components, which makes the measurement more stable and reliable. Standard buffer solutions of 4, 6.86 and 9.18 pH values are required for calibration.

Principle
PHS-3CW pH meter by Electrode contact with the measured solution to generate a potential difference to measure ph value, using manual temperature compensation, data processing and calibrating through the built-in smart chip to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
Steps
1. Prepare before use: plug the Power Adapter into the 220V AC power supply, and insert the DC output plug into the power jack on the back panel of the pH meter; install the Electrode on the Electrode rack, remove the short-circuit plug and plug it into the Electrode; turn on the power supply and press the switch button to preheat for about 5 minutes
2. Calibration: Calibrate using three standard buffers of 4.00, 6.86, and 9.18, including calibrate (pH6.86 buffer), slope calibrate I (pH4.00 buffer), and slope calibrate II (pH9.18 buffer).
3. measurement solution pH value: with thermometer measurement solution temperature and adjust the temperature of the instrument, the pH Electrode washed and dried after immersion in the tested solution, Measured value to be stable
4. Measured value measurement: Press "pH/mV" key to switch "mV" gear, connect ORP Electrode or Ion Electrode and insert it into the tested solution. Measured value is stable
Notice
• Electrode plugs should be kept clean and drying before use to avoid contamination
The standard buffer solution used should be accurate and reliable to ensure the accuracy of subsequent measurement results
The closer the temperature of the solution under test is to the temperature of the calibrated solution, the higher the measurement Precision
• The pH Electrode used for the first time needs to be calibrated at three points
• If the Measurement range is relatively wide, or the pH Electrode is used for a long time and there is aging phenomenon, three-point calibrated should be selected
• Permissible Ambient Temperature: 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity: < 85%
