Overview
NDJ-8S digital display rotational viscometer is an upgraded product of CNSHP brand rotational viscometer. It adopts professional mechanical design, manufacturing process and microcomputer control technology. The data collection is correct, and it is equipped with a blue backlit high-luminance LED display screen for clear display. The instrument has the characteristics of high measurement Sensitivity, reliable test results, convenient use and operation, and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for the measurement of absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids. It can be widely used in the measurement of viscosity of various fluids such as oils, paints, plastics, food, coatings, and detergents. The instrument is also equipped with RS-232, temperature sensor, printer and other interface functions, supporting PC connection, temperature measurement and direct printing of test results.

Principle
The instrument is based on the rotational viscometer principle and uses microcomputer control technology to drive the rotor to swirl/spin in the liquid, measuring the resistance to the rotor to calculate the viscosity. The data collection is correct, and the monitor displays the measurement results in real time, suitable for absolute viscosity measurement of Newtonian liquids and apparent viscosity measurement of non-Newtonian liquids.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply, ensure that the voltage is AC 220V +/- 10%, Frequency 50Hz +/- 10%;
2. Choose a suitable rotor as required (e.g. 1 #, 2 #, 3 #, 4 #or 0 #);
3. Turn on the instrument and select Operating language (Chinese or English);
4. Use the automatic scanning function or manually set the rotor number and Rotation speed (optional Rotation speed includes 0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, 60rpm);
5. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be tested and start the measurement;
6. The instrument automatically performs measurement, and the rotor automatically stops after the result is stabilized, and the data is displayed through LCD;
7. Optional connection to PC, temperature sensor or micro printer for data recording, temperature measurement or printing results.
Notice
• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5~ 35 ℃;
• The relative humidity shall not exceed 80%;
• Power supply voltage check before use is AC 220V +/- 10% and Frequency 50Hz +/- 10%;
• Correct selection of rotor number and Rotation speed to avoid measurement errors;
• Ensure that the rotor is completely immersed in liquid during measurement;
• Maintain instruments regularly to ensure accuracy;
• Optional functions require additional installation or connection, such as PC connection requires installation of CD-ROM software.
