Overview
The CNSHP DC0506W Viscometer Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device specially designed for rotational viscometers. It has a φ 70 opening to place a 200ml beaker and is fixed by a mounting frame. The device directly transmits the liquid temperature in the tank to the test sample, which is convenient for Viscometer to put into the rotor beaker for testing.
Features
1. Adopt microcomputer temperature control PID adjustment and self-tuning control technology, high temperature control accuracy
2. Sensor open circuit display function
3. With liquid level alarm function
4. Plate, liner, mixing pump, etc. are all made of 304 stainless steel, excellent workmanship
5. Fully enclosed Air-Cooled Compressor refrigeration system with overheating and overload automatic protection, fast cooling and low noise
6. Adopt fluorine-free environmentally friendly refrigeration technology to meet environmental protection requirements
7. Rising and cooling is fast, stable and reliable
8. Measuring temperature and setting temperature are displayed separately with two digital windows
9. Tank liner made of good stainless steel
Principle
The device performs PID adjustment and self-tuning control through a microcomputer temperature control system, and uses a fully enclosed Air-Cooled Compressor refrigeration system to achieve rapid cooling. The liquid temperature in the tank is directly transferred to the tested sample, and the temperature is kept uniform and stable through external circulation.
Applications
Bioengineering, food, chemical industry, metallurgy, chemical analysis, petroleum and other fields
Steps
1. Thermostatic bath placed on a sturdy work table
2. Ensure that the environment is free of vibration and harmful gases
3. Set the required temperature parameters
4. Place the sample in the beaker and fix it in the tank
5. Start the device for thermostatic control
6. Regular maintenance of equipment, remove Compressor cooling plate dust
Notice
• Thermostatic bath should be placed on a sturdy workbench
• The environment should be free of vibration and harmful gases
• Room temperature should be relatively stable at around 25 ° C, not high or low
• Excessive room temperature will affect the heat dissipation of the Compressor and reduce the cooling efficiency
• Maintain the equipment regularly, especially when the cooling speed slows down after working for a period of time
• Plastic stencil should be removed to remove dust from Compressor and heat sink
