HENGPING DC-0506A Liquid Explicit Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy temperature control device. It uses monolithic microprocessing control and self-tuning PID adjustment technology, combined with imported High Accuracy platinum resistance temperature measurement to ensure high temperature control accuracy and low Fluctuation. The device uses a fully enclosed brand Compressor refrigeration system with high refrigeration efficiency, low noise, stable and reliable operation, convenient and safe operation. Its professional cycle Stir design ensures uniform liquid dispersion and smooth heat exchange in the tank. It is suitable for internal/external temperature control applications. It can directly control the thermostatic sample in the tank or externally control the external measurement unit.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath is controlled by a single-chip microprocessor and uses a self-tuning PID adjustment algorithm to precisely adjust the working state of the heating and cooling system according to the temperature signal measured by the imported High Accuracy Platinum Resistance (Pt100) Sensor to achieve the set target temperature. The equipment adopts Compressor refrigeration technology (for specific low temperature or large capacity models, imported dual Compressor cascade refrigeration may be used), and through a professional circulation Stir pump (domestic circulation uses a heat-free centrifugal pump) to promote uniform flow and heat exchange of liquid in the tank, thereby maintaining a high degree of uniformity and stability in the temperature in the tank.
