HENGPING DC-8006B Liquid Explicit Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy temperature control device. It uses single-chip microprocessor control, self-tuning PID adjustment and imported High Accuracy platinum resistance temperature measurement, with high temperature control accuracy and low Fluctuation. The Compressor with fully enclosed technology (imported dual Compressor cascade refrigeration technology is used for specific models) has high cooling efficiency and low noise. The instrument works stably and reliably, and it is easy and safe to operate. It is suitable for internal/external temperature control applications. It can directly control external devices in the thermostatic tank or externally.

Principle
The device is controlled by a single-chip microprocessor and uses a self-tuning PID algorithm for temperature adjustment. The temperature transducer (Pt100 platinum resistance) monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time and feeds back the signal to the control system. The control system precisely controls the operation of the refrigeration system (Compressor) or heating system according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, so that the liquid temperature in the tank quickly reaches and stabilizes at the set value. Professional circulation Stir design (domestic circulation pump) ensures that the liquid temperature in the tank is evenly dispersed and the heat exchange is smooth.

Steps
1. According to the required temperature range, add the appropriate thermostatic medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) to the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply (220VAC +/- 10%, 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature value and Miscellaneous parameters (such as upper and lower limit temperatures) through the large-screen LCD display.
4. Start the equipment, the refrigeration/heating system, and the circulating pump.
5. The equipment will automatically run the PID adjustment to ensure that the liquid temperature in the tank reaches and stabilizes at the set value.
6. The thermostatic sample can be placed directly into the tank, or a second thermostatic field can be established through an external circulation line.
7. After use, power off the device and clean or empty the tank as needed.
Notice
* Please select the appropriate thermostatic medium according to the temperature range before use.
* Power frequency meets equipment requirements (220VAC +/- 10%, 50Hz).
Pay attention to the total power of the equipment (3000W) to ensure that the power supply line is fully loaded.
* When using the external circulation function, ensure that the external pipeline connection is correct and unobstructed.
* Regularly clean the removable ventilation grille to maintain the heat dissipation efficiency of the refrigeration system condenser.
* Pay attention to observe the operating status of the equipment, and deal with any alarms (such as temperature runaway, Sensor open circuit, low water level, etc.) in time.
The heating device has a low water level to prevent dry burning, but it is still necessary to ensure that the medium level in the tank is sufficient.
When handling, folding handles on both sides of the equipment (or heavy duty self-locking casters, if equipped) can be used.
Avoid unnecessary movement or impact while the equipment is in operation.
