The HENGPING DC-0515A liquid display low temperature thermostatic sink is a microcomputer-controlled High Accuracy thermostatic device. It achieves accurate temperature control through single-chip microprocessing control, self-tuning PID adjustment, and imported High Accuracy platinum resistance temperature measurement. The instrument uses a fully enclosed Compressor (imported dual Compressor cascade refrigeration technology is used for specific models), which has high refrigeration efficiency, low noise, stable and reliable operation, convenient and safe operation. The sink is suitable for internal/external temperature control applications. It can directly thermostatic samples in the tank or externally control external devices.

Principle
The low temperature thermostatic water tank is adjusted by a microcomputer control system (single chip microprocessor) and a self-tuning PID algorithm. The temperature transducer (Imported High Accuracy Platinum Resistor Pt100) monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time and feeds back the signal to the control system. The control system precisely controls the work of the refrigeration system (fully enclosed Compressor or cascade refrigeration system) and the heating system according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature, so that the temperature in the tank quickly reaches and stabilizes at the set value. At the same time, the built-in non-heat centrifugal circulation pump works continuously to ensure the uniform temperature of the liquid in the tank, and provides the thermostatic liquid for the external equipment through the external circulation interface.
