Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath uses a microcomputer control system and a self-tuning PID algorithm, combined with a High Accuracy Platinum Resistance (Pt100) Sensor to monitor the liquid temperature in the tank in real time, and compare and adjust it with the set value. The system controls the operation of the heating or cooling unit, and performs domestic circulation Stir through the built-in heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to ensure a high degree of uniformity and stability of the liquid temperature in the tank. At the same time, the circulation pump can also perform external circulation, drawing out the thermostatic liquid to control the temperature of the external device.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol) according to the required temperature range to inject the Tank to the appropriate liquid level.
2. Connect the device power supply (220VAC +/- 10%, 50Hz).
3. Set the required temperature value through the LCD display.
4. Start the equipment, and the microcomputer control system will automatically start working, heating or cooling to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
5. If external circulation temperature control is required, connect the external pipeline and start the external circulation function.
6. After use, turn off the power of the device and drain or retain the liquid in the tank as needed.
Notice
* Make sure the Power frequency meets the requirements (220VAC +/- 10%, 50Hz) before use.
* Select the appropriate liquid medium according to the set temperature range and ensure that the liquid level is not lower than the safety requirements to prevent the heating device from dry burning.
* When the equipment is running, do not block the ventilating port, and regularly clean the removable ventilation grille to ensure good heat dissipation of the refrigeration system.
When handling, you can use the folding handle on both sides of the equipment or heavy-duty self-locking casters (20L and above series and models below -40 ° C), pay attention to safety.
Do not perform unnecessary internal disassembly or repair operations while the equipment is in operation.
