HENGPING DC-0530A LCD Display Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy thermostatic device using microcomputer temperature control and self-tuning PID adjustment technology. It adopts imported platinum resistance temperature measurement, which has high temperature control accuracy and small fluctuation. It is equipped with a high-efficiency fully enclosed Compressor (or imported double Compressor cascade refrigeration technology) and a professional overall foaming insulation process, which works stably and reliably, and is safe and convenient to operate. The device is suitable for internal and external temperature control applications. It can directly thermostatic samples in the tank or establish a second thermostatic field externally.

Principle
The device uses a microcomputer control system to adjust the heating or refrigeration power using a self-tuning PID algorithm. The temperature transducer (Pt100 platinum resistor) monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time and feeds back the signal to the controller. The controller precisely controls the operation of the Compressor refrigeration system or heating system according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature. At the same time, the liquid temperature in the tank is evenly distributed through the domestic circulation Stir pump, so as to achieve High Accuracy and Low Volatility thermostatic control.
