Principle
The wire scraper works based on the Mayer-Bar principle. Steps
1. Place the paint or inks to be tested on one end of the substrate.
2. Hold both ends of the scraper and place the wire side of the scraper smoothly in front of the paint.
3. At a uniform speed and appropriate pressure, the wiper is pulled in the direction of the body to spread the film formation on the substrate.
4. After the scraping is completed, check and evaluate the formed wet-film.
