HENGPING DC-2030A LCD Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device using microcomputer temperature control and self-tuning PID adjustment technology. Principle
The device is controlled by a microcomputer system and adjusts the temperature using a self-tuning PID algorithm. The High Accuracy Platinum Resistance Sensor (Pt100) monitors the temperature in the tank in real time and feeds back the signal to the controller. The controller makes the medium temperature in the tank quickly reach and stabilize at the set value by controlling the operation of the refrigeration system (high-efficiency Compressor) and the heating system. At the same time, the built-in heat-free centrifugal circulation pump works continuously to ensure that the liquid temperature in the tank is uniform, and the thermostatic liquid is drawn out through the external circulation interface to provide a stable temperature environment for external equipment.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) to inject into the Tank according to the required temperature range.
2. Connect the device power supply (220VAC +/- 10%, 50Hz).
3. Set the target temperature and Miscellaneous related parameters through the large-screen LCD panel.
4. Start the device, and the microcomputer control system will automatically start working to adjust the temperature.
5. If you need external equipment thermostatic, you can connect the external circulation pipeline and start the external circulation function.
6. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and is stable, experiments or tests can be carried out.
7. After use, power off the equipment and perform cleaning and maintenance as required.

• Before use, please select the appropriate medium according to the temperature range and ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements to prevent the heating device from dry burning.
• The equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated environment and ensure that the removable ventilation grille is unblocked to facilitate heat dissipation.
• Please pay attention to safety when handling. Models of 20L and above and models below -40 ° C are equipped with self-locking casters. Please confirm locking after moving.
• The equipment has multiple safety protection functions. If an alarm prompt appears, please check and troubleshoot according to the display content before using it.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
When cleaning equipment, do not use corrosive cleaners and avoid liquids from entering electrical parts.
