Overview
The GC2002 Networked Gas Chromatograph is a fully microcomputer-controlled analytical instrument with a Touchscreen interface and powerful network communication capabilities. It supports multi-Detector configurations, has large capacity column boxes and accurate temperature control systems, and is suitable for a variety of complex sample analysis scenarios.
Features
1. With a rugged and responsive Touchscreen, the interface is vivid and lifelike, making it easy to interact.
2. Full microcomputer control system, supports computer anti-control, and one computer can control up to 253 Chromatographs.
3. Equipped with a six-way temperature control system and a four-way time program system.
4. Equipped with 10/100M Ethernet communication interface, it supports remote control, data transmission, and supervision.
5. Built-in chromatograph workstation, the digital signal is directly output through the network cable.
6. 2-3 kinds of common detectors can be selected at the same time.
7. Large-capacity column box with automatic rear door, supports 8-step programmed heating and near-room temperature control (8 ° C above room temperature).
8. With fault self-diagnosis and over-temperature automatic protection functions.
Principle
The gas Chromatograph is based on the principle of chromatograph separation. After the sample is vaporized at the injection port, it is brought into the Chromatography Column by the Developing solvent, and the difference in the distribution coefficients of each component between the Stationary phase and the Mobile phase carrier gas is used for separation. The separated components are sequentially converted into electrical signals by the Detector, which are processed by the built-in workstation, and finally the qualitative and quantitative analysis results of each component are obtained. Its all-microcomputer system precisely controls parameters such as temperature and airflow, and realizes remote transmission and control of data through the network.
Applications
Chemical industry, environmental protection, food, medicine, petroleum, scientific research
Steps
1. Power on, start the instrument and control the computer.
2. Set analysis method parameters (e.g. temperature program, carrier gas flow rate) through Touchscreen or computer software.
3. Wait for the temperature of each unit of the instrument (such as the injection port, column box, Detector) to reach the set value and stabilize.
4. Perform sample injection.
5. Start the data collection, and the instrument automatically runs the analysis program.
6. After the analysis is completed, the built-in workstation processes the data and generates a report.
7. The analysis process can be monitored or retrieved remotely through the network.
Notice
• The instrument should be installed in a stable, vibration-free environment away from heat sources and strong electromagnetic interference.
• Ensure that the gas source (Developing solvent, gas, auxiliary gas) is pure, the pressure is stable and the connection is correct without leakage before use.
• Set the temperature strictly according to the Operation Manual to avoid exceeding the maximum operating temperature of the Chromatography Column and Detector.
• After the program heating is completed, wait for the temperature of the column box to decrease sufficiently before the next analysis or shutdown.
• Pay attention to the fault self-diagnosis prompts of the instrument, and check the cause in time when there is an alarm such as overtemperature.
• Regular instrument maintenance, such as replacing injection pads, liners, Chromatography Columns, cleaning Detectors, etc.
When performing remote operations, ensure that the network connection is stable and pay attention to data security.
