Overview
Drying Moisture Analyzer is a new product that integrates Electronic Balance technology, halogen radiation technology and temperature control technology of electromagnetic force equilibrating. The instrument is small in size, perfect in function, easy to use and durable.
Features

2. Under the control of a single-chip microcomputer, it has various functions such as weighing and calibrating, temperature and time setting, manual and automatic heating selection, adjustable display parameters, and a buzzer prompt for the end of heating.
3. It can be connected to an RS232 serial printer or computer, output 8 parameters, and have 4 output modes to choose from.
4. The work is fast, and the test can usually be completed in a few minutes.
Principle
The product integrates Electronic Balance technology of electromagnetic force equilibrating, halogen radiation heating technology and temperature control technology, through the program control heating process, quickly evaporate the water in the sample, and accurately weigh the weight change before and after heating to calculate the moisture content.

Steps
1. Weigh and calibrate.
2. Set the heating temperature and time.
3. Select manual or automatic heating mode.
4. Place the sample and start the test.
5. The heating end buzzer prompts to read or output the measurement result.
Notice
• Please choose the appropriate heating temperature and time according to the nature of the sample.
When connecting external devices such as printers or computers, make sure the interfaces match.
• Power frequency requirements (220V/50Hz or 110V +/- 11V/60Hz).
• To ensure sexual repeability (0.2%), it is recommended that the sample weight is not less than 2 grams.
