Overview
The QIWEI WSB-1 whiteness meter is a Portable whiteness measuring instrument with a measurement aperture of φ 15mm and a resolution of 0.1. The instrument is used to measure the whiteness value of white or nearly white objects or powders, and can accurately measure the Opacity of paper. It is widely used in paper Cardboard, Spinning & weaving, paints Coating, plastic products, white cement, starch, flour, cosmetics and other industries to help detect product whiteness value to strictly control product mass.
Features
1. Portable design, easy to carry and use
2.Aperture measurement φ 15mm, resolution up to 0.1
3. LED Illuminant, the test conditions are 45/0
4. AC and DC dual-use power supply, adapt to different working environments
5. Equipped with LCD liquid crystal display, clear reading
6. Encasement is Portable Aluminum Encasement Box, Net weight is only 1.5kg
Principle
The whiteness meter is based on the R457 blue light whiteness formula, using LED Illuminant and 45/0 illumination conditions to determine the whiteness value by measuring the reflectance of the object to blue light. The instrument captures the reflected light signal through a high-resolution Sensor, and displays the whiteness value on the LCD display after internal processing.
Applications
Spinning & weaving printing and dyeing, paints Coatings, chemical building materials, paper Cardboard, plastic products, white cement, ceramics, enamel, porcelain clay, powder tale, starch, flour, salt, detergent, cosmetics
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power switch
2. Align the measurement hole to the surface of the object to be measured
3. Ensure that the measurement environment meets the requirements of Operating temperature 5~ 35 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 85% RH
4. Press the measurement button for measurement
5. Read the whiteness value displayed on the LCD display
6. Turn off the power after use
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is fully charged before use
• Keep the measurement hole in vertical contact with the surface of the object during measurement
• Avoid use in environments beyond the Operating temperature range (5~ 35 ° C) or High Humidity (> 85% RH)
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy
• Clean the measurement hole in time after use
Store in a drying environment
