CNSHP CH1015T Perspective Super Thermostatic bath is a 4-sided Glass designed laboratory thermostatic device for easy observation of changes in the tested sample. The product has a Temperature range of 20~ 100 ° C, a Temperature Fluctuation of +/- 0.05 ° C, and a Tank volume of 15L. It adopts microcomputer temperature control and PID adjustment. It is suitable for laboratories in scientific research institutions, Universities & colleges and industrial and mining enterprises.

Principle
The product precisely controls the Heating power through the microcomputer temperature control system combined with the PID adjustment algorithm to achieve temperature stability within the set range. The built-in circulating pump provides internal/external circulation functions to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the tank, and the 4-sided Glass design is convenient for real-time observation of sample status.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure the safety of the equipment grounding
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium liquid to the Tank
3. Set the target temperature through the control panel
4. Start the device and observe that the temperature stabilizes to the set value
5. Put in the test sample and observe the change through the Glass surface
6. Turn off the power after use and clean the equipment

• Check whether the Power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements before use
• Ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is sufficient to avoid dry burning
• Do not touch high temperature parts during operation to prevent burns
