Principle
Thermostatic bath adopts microcomputer temperature control and PID adjustment technology. Measuring temperature accurately through imported platinum electric temperature sensor (Pt100), the microprocessor self-tunes PID adjustment according to the difference between the set value and the actual temperature to achieve accurate temperature control. The instrument is equipped with a circulating pump, which can lead the thermostatic liquid in the tank outside to establish a closed second temperature field, and switch between internal and external temperature sensors to achieve different thermostatic requirements.

Steps
1. When you only need to do thermostatic test in the sink, dial the temperature switch to the internal temperature
2. When it is necessary to establish a second temperature field for use, connect the external temperature sensor to the machine, first dial the temperature switch to the internal temperature, and set the temperature of the sink to the desired temperature
3. After the meter shows that the temperature is stable for 10 to 20 minutes, dial the temperature switch to the external temperature
4. Thermostatic bath can precisely control the second temperature field temperature through the internal PID temperature control instrument

• Thermostatic bath should be placed on a sturdy workbench

• Room temperature should be relatively stable, not high or low, otherwise it will affect the temperature control accuracy; room temperature should be around 25 ° C
