Overview
CNSHP FA1204 electronic Analytical Balance adopts humanized design and novel structure. It is equipped with five-sided fully transparent Glass Draft Shield to ensure 100% visibility of the sample. It is based on the principle of a new generation of electromagnetic force equilibrate. The heavy Sensor has excellent mechanical quality to ensure accurate reading accuracy. The interface menu is open and directly displayed. The operation is simple and fast. It has anti-electromagnetic interference and anti-static protection functions. It is suitable for analysis industries, metallurgy, coal mines, chemicals, food, electronics and semiconductors, Universities & colleges and other fields. The level adjustment adopts a precise leveler with adjustment feet to ensure accuracy.

Principle
CNSHP FA1204 Electronic Analytical Balance adopts the principle of a new generation of electromagnetic force equilibrate. Its heavy Sensor is based on the electromagnetic force equilibrate mechanism to accurately measure mass through electromagnetic force and sample gravity equilibrate to ensure accurate reading accuracy. The interface menu adopts open mode direct display, simple operation, and anti-electromagnetic interference and anti-static protection functions to maintain stable performance.

Steps
1. Use the horizontal adjustment wheel and the horizontal indicator bubble to adjust the level to ensure the Balance level.
2. Connect the 220V external AC Power Adapter (DC6V × 2A) for power supply.
3. Select the integration time as needed (2.5/5/10s adjustable).
4. Place the sample on a pan (size φ 80mm) for weighing.
5. Use built-in functions for unit conversion, cumulative weighing, counting or density measurement (optional components).
6. Connect to a computer or printer through the RS232 interface to record and process data.
Notice
• Make sure the Balance is placed horizontally, check and adjust using a horizontal adjustment bubble.
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Sensor.
• Wait for the reading to stabilize within the Stabilization time (≤ 8s) before recording the result.
• Use External Adjustment to calibrate regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Power supply voltage requirements, use the specified external AC Power Adapter.
• Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference environments to maintain stable performance.
