HENGPING FA1604 electronic analytical Balance adopts user-friendly design and novel structure. It is equipped with five-sided fully transparent Glass Draft Shield to ensure 100% visibility of samples. It is based on the principle of a new generation of electromagnetic force equilibrate, equipped with High Accuracy electromagnetic force equilibrate Sensor, with outstanding mechanical quality and reading accuracy, intuitive operation interface, and strong anti-electromagnetic interference and anti-static ability. Suitable for analysis, metallurgy, coal mine, chemical industry, food, electronics and semiconductors, Universities & colleges and other fields.

Principle
The HENGPING FA1604 electronic analytical Balance is based on a new generation of electromagnetic force equilibrating principles. At its core is the unique High Accuracy Electromagnetic Force Equilibrating Sensor, which is mechanically qualified for precise measurement of sample mass and converts the signal into a digital reading, ensuring accuracy and reliability of weighing results.

Steps
1. Use the horizontal adjustment foot with the precise leveler (horizontal indicator bubble) for horizontal adjustment to ensure the accuracy of Balance reading.
2. Connect the 220V External AC Power Adapter (DC6V × 2A) to supply power to Balance.
3. Use external calibrated weight (100g) to calibrate as needed.
4. Place the sample on a pan (size φ 80mm) for weighing.
5. The desired functions can be selected through the panel menu, such as unit conversion, cumulative weighing, counting or Density measurement (optional components required).
6. After the weighing is completed, a computer or printer can be connected through the built-in RS232 interface for data recording and processing.
Notice
• Be sure to adjust the level before use to ensure the repeability and accuracy of the weighing results.
• To calibrate, use the specified external calibrated weight (100g).
• Pay attention to the power specification and use the matching 220V external AC Power Adapter (DC6V × 2A).
• Do not exceed the Capacity range (160g), Balance has overload protection function.
• Density measurement function requires an additional optional Density component.
• Balance has automatic fault detection function, please refer to the relevant instructions in case of abnormality.
