Overview
CNSHP FA2004 Electronic Analytical Balance adopts user-friendly design and novel structure. It is equipped with five-sided fully transparent Glass Draft Shield to ensure 100% visibility of the sample. It is based on the principle of new generation electromagnetic force equilibrate, with High Accuracy mechanical quality Sensor, providing accurate reading accuracy, interface menu direct display, simple and fast operation, and has anti-electromagnetic interference and anti-static protection functions. It is suitable for analysis industry, metallurgy, coal mine, chemical industry, food, electronics and semiconductors, Universities & colleges and other fields.

Principle

Steps
1. Balance level adjustment using horizontal adjustment wheel and horizontal indicator bubble.
2. Turn on the power and wait for the Stabilization time ≤ 8 seconds.
3. Place the sample for weighing, using a variety of functions such as unit conversion, cumulative weighing, counting, etc.
4. Optional density components for solid, liquid and particle density measurement.
5. Connect a computer or printer through the RS232 interface for data recording and processing.
Notice
• Balance level adjustment is completed before use to ensure weighing accuracy.
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Sensor.
• Periodically calibrate externally using 200g test weight.
• Note that the Power supply voltage is 220V External AC Power Adapter (DC6V × 2A).
• When using in an electromagnetic interference environment, pay attention to the anti-interference protection function.
• When optional density components are available, please follow the instructions.
