Overview
YIHENG SX2-12-10N box type resistance furnace, also known as muffle furnace, is a general heating equipment using refractory brick furnace, the maximum temperature can reach 1000 ℃, the volume is 30L, and the input Power is 12KW. It is suitable for laboratory chemical element analysis and high temperature treatment such as quenching, annealing and tempering of small steel parts, as well as high temperature heating such as sintering, dissolving and analysis of metals, stone tools and ceramics.
Features
1. Adopting a unique furnace door design, it is easy and safe to open the door, and the high-temperature gas in the furnace does not leak out.
2. Controlled by a microcomputer PID controller, the operation is simple, safe and reliable.
3. Lightweight furnace fire and corrosion resistance, durable.
4. Excellent door sealing, small heat loss, increase Temperature uniformity in the furnace.
5. When the furnace door is opened, the safety switch automatically disconnects the heating power supply to ensure the safety of the operator.
6. Safety protection measures such as overcurrent, overpressure and overheating are provided to ensure the safety of use.
Principle
The box type resistance furnace wirecoils for heater heating, and the temperature is precisely controlled by the microcomputer PID controller to realize the high temperature treatment process.
Applications
Laboratory chemical element analysis, small steel quenching, annealing, tempering, metal sintering, dissolving, analysis, stone sintering, dissolving, analysis, ceramic sintering, dissolving, analysis
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 380V 50Hz.
2. Set the required temperature through the microcomputer PID controller.
3. Put the workpiece into the furnace and pay attention to safe operation.
4. Start heating and monitor temperature changes.
5. After processing is complete, turn off the power and remove the workpiece.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets 380V 50Hz requirements during operation.
When opening the furnace door, pay attention to the safety switch to automatically disconnect the heating power supply.
• Avoid overload during use and follow Safety protection measures.
• Regularly check the furnace and sealing parts to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
