Overview
YIHENG SX2-10-12N box type resistance furnace (muffle furnace) up to 1200 ℃, using traditional refractory brick furnace and nickel-chrome wire heating elements, with a wide range of applications, long life and cost-effective advantages. Suitable for laboratory sintering, heating or heat treatment operations, the furnace and heating elements are designed to make it more durable.
Features
1. Adopt microcomputer PID controller, safe, reliable, accurate and easy to operate
2. Excellent door sealing design, Enhance Temperature uniformity in furnace, Minimum heat loss
3. Unique furnace door design, simple and safe opening operation, high temperature hot air in the furnace is not easy to leak
4. Lightweight refractory brick furnace with corrosion resistance, durable
Principle
The muffle furnace belongs to the industrial heating furnace, which produces high temperature through the nickel-chromium wire heating element, and uses its high resistivity and oxidation resistance to achieve stable heating, which is suitable for high temperature heat treatment process.
Applications
Universities & colleges, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions as chemical element analysis and small steel quenching, annealing, tempering and other high temperature heat treatment, metal, stone, ceramic sintering, dissolving, analysis and other high temperature heating treatment
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V 50Hz)
2. Set the microcomputer PID controller parameters
3. Place the workpiece in the furnace (size 250 * 400 * 160mm)
4. Start the heating program
5. Monitor temperature up to 1200 ° C
6. After the heating is completed, safely open the door and take out the workpiece
Notice
• Power supply voltage 380V 50Hz to avoid voltage mismatch
• Pay attention to high temperature during operation to prevent burns
• Before opening the door, confirm that the temperature in the furnace has been reduced to avoid hot gas leakage
• Regularly inspect furnace and heating components to ensure durability
• Place the workpiece no more than 16L of furnace capacity to avoid overload
