Overview
YDX678 Thermometric Paper is a combined irreversible temperature patch produced by YDX. The temperature measurement range is 60 ° C, 70 ° C, and 80 ° C. These three temperatures are commonly used in the power industry in China. Among them, 60 degrees will turn black after overheating, 70 degrees will turn green, and 80 degrees will turn red. Color discoloration of different temperature grids is different, which is easier to detect. YDX YDX678 Thermometric Paper has a protective film suitable for outdoor use and has reflective performance. It is a relatively common temperature Thermometric Paper in the power industry.
Features
1. Temperature measurement range 60 ℃, 70 ℃, 80 ℃, irreversible Thermometric Paper
2. Temperature changes from low to high are turning black, green, and red
3. Dimensions of each piece are 2.4x5.5cm.
4. The temperature error is 1 to 2 degrees, and the normal service life is 3 years indoors and 2 years outdoors
5. Odorless, non-irritating to the skin, and stored away from heat sources
Principle
YDX678 Thermometric Paper indicates the temperature through an irreversible discoloration reaction. When the Ambient Temperature reaches the preset 60 ° C, 70 ° C, or 80 ° C, the corresponding temperature grid will turn black, green, or red, respectively. Color changes are not recoverable, making it easy to continuously monitor overtemperature conditions.
Applications
Power industry
Steps
1. Select the location where the temperature needs to be monitored
2. Attach Thermometric Paper to the Monitoring Surface
3. Observe the Color Change of the Temperature Grid to Determine Whether It Is Overheating
Notice
Store away from heat sources
• Outdoor service life is 2 years, indoor is 3 years
• The temperature error is 1 to 2 degrees, and this error range should be considered when using it
