Overview
FANGRUI JA2003 is an Analytical Balance, which is controlled by a high-performance single-chip microprocessor to ensure high Precision and high Stability of weighing results. The Balance has functions such as peeling, calibrating, automatic fault detection, unit conversion, and is equipped with a standard RS232 interface. It can connect external devices such as printers and computers. It is a professional Electronic Balance that integrates accuracy, stability, multi-function and automation, and can meet the mass analysis requirements of laboratories.

Principle
The product is controlled by a high-performance single-chip microprocessor. The mass signal is converted into an electrical signal through the Sensor, and the accurate weighing result is obtained after processing by the microprocessor. Its dynamic temperature compensation function can reduce the impact of Ambient Temperature changes on measurement, ensuring high Precision and high Stability of weighing.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable table and adjust the horizontal foot to keep the bubble in the center of the level.
2. Turn on the power supply and warm up for the specified time.
3. Carry out full-scale automatic correction operation as required.
4. Place the item to be weighed gently in the center of the pan.
5. Read the data after the displayed value is stable, or perform operations such as peeling and unit conversion.
6. After weighing, turn off the power and clean the pan.
Notice
• Please place the Balance on a stable, vibration-free horizontal table to avoid direct sunlight and strong airflow.
• Preheat before use and calibrate regularly to ensure accuracy.
• When weighing items, handle them with care to avoid Impact pans.
• Do not exceed the Balance Capacity (200g) to prevent damage to the Sensor.
• Keep the pan clean and avoid direct contact with corrosive substances.
When connecting external devices (e.g. printers, computers), make sure to use the correct RS232 interface and data cable.
