FANGRUI JA1003 is an Analytical Balance, which is controlled by a high-performance single-chip microprocessor to ensure high Precision and high Stability of weighing results. The Balance has functions such as peeling, calibrating, automatic fault detection, unit conversion, and is equipped with a standard RS232 interface. It can be connected to external devices such as printers and computers. It is a professional Electronic Balance that integrates accuracy, stability, multi-function and automation, and can meet the mass analysis requirements of laboratories.

Principle
The product adopts high-performance single-chip microprocessor control, converts mass signals into electrical signals through Sensor, and combines dynamic temperature compensation and other technologies to ensure the accuracy and stability of weighing results.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Wait for Balance to stabilize (Stabilization time is about 5 seconds).
3. Perform full-scale automatic calibration as required.
4. Place the sample for weighing, and the peeling function can be used.
5. Select the desired Measurement Unit through the Unit Conversion key.
6. Output data can be connected to external devices through the RS232 interface.

• Power supply voltage specified (220V 50Hz).
• Pay attention to the weighing range (0-120g) to avoid overloading.
• Minimum Weight is 1mg, below which may affect accuracy.
• Operating Environment should avoid drastic temperature changes to take advantage of dynamic temperature compensation.
• Periodically calibrated to ensure accuracy.
When connecting an external device, confirm that the interface (RS232C) matches.
