DHS-16-A Moisture Analyzer is a FANGRUI brand electronic moisture test equipment using halogen lamp drying method, equipped with high-performance imported electronic components and High Accuracy Electronic Balance Sensor, which can quickly and accurately determine the weight loss moisture of the sample. Principle
The instrument adopts the principle of halogen lamp drying method, heating the sample through the halogen lamp heating source to evaporate the water in the sample, and uses the High Accuracy Electronic Balance Sensor to monitor the weight loss change of the sample in real time, so as to calculate the Moisture content of the sample.

Steps
1. Turn on the 220V power supply and turn it on.
2. Place the sample on the φ 100mm pan
3. Set the heating temperature (RT + 60~ 160 ℃) and timing time (0~ 99min) through the touch screen
4. Start the measurement program, the instrument automatically drying
5. Moisture content data read after measurement
6. Can be connected to a computer or printer through RS232 interface to output data

• Power supply voltage must be 220V, Power 400W
• Sample weight should not exceed Capacity value 100g
• Determination of accurate sample weight is recommended to be ≥ 5g to ensure +/- 0.5% Precision
• The heating temperature setting should be within the range of RT + 60~ 160 ℃
• Timing time setting range is 0 to 99 minutes
