Principle
Heating power is precisely controlled by a high-performance single-chip microcomputer combined with a self-tuning PID adjustment algorithm. The imported temperature sensor monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time and feeds the data back to the Control system. The system dynamically adjusts the working state of the heating device through PID operation to achieve fast and accurate temperature control. At the same time, through the built-in stirring motor or circulation pump, the liquid temperature in the tank and external circulation pipeline is ensured to be uniform and stable.

Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable and well-ventilated workbench and connect the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of water or heat transfer oil and other thermostatic media to the Tank to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements (the equipment has a low liquid level protection function).
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature value and over-temperature alarm upper limit through the large-screen LCD display.
4. If external circulation is required, connect the hose of the external equipment and turn on the circulation pump function.
5. Start the heating and stirring/circulation functions, and the equipment will automatically perform PID temperature control until the set temperature is reached and remains stable.
6. After use, turn off the heating and circulation functions, turn off the power supply after the temperature drops, and do a good job of cleaning.
Notice
Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and placed on a stable plane.
• The liquid level of the thermostatic medium added must be within the allowable range to avoid dry burning, and the equipment has a low liquid level protection function.
• The setting temperature must not exceed the rated Temperature range of the equipment (RT + 10~ 100 ℃).
• When using oil as a medium, please pay attention to the flash point of the oil to avoid danger caused by excessive temperature.
• When performing external circulation, ensure that the connection pipeline is smooth and leak-free, and prevent external equipment from causing excessive resistance to the circulation.
• The equipment has an upper limit over-temperature alarm function, please set the alarm value reasonably according to the experimental requirements.
• When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply and wipe with a soft cloth to avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
• If there is a fault alarm (such as broken coupling), please stop using it first and contact a professional to check and repair it.
