The FANGRUI instrument HBDV-2T Rotational Viscometer uses touch screen technology for fast, accurate and convenient viscosity measurement. This powerful product is equipped with a 5-inch large color Touchscreen and 30 self-built test programs, which can fully display various parameters and working conditions.

Principle
The rotational viscometer determines the viscosity value by measuring the resistance of the sample to the rotor by swirling/spinning the rotor in the sample. Using stepless speed regulation technology, the Rotation speed can be precisely controlled in the range of 0.1-200 rpm, and the viscosity is calculated by measuring shear stress and shear rate.

Steps
1. Adjust the instrument level through the front level
2. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
3. Set up test procedures or parameters
4. Place the sample in the measurement container
5. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically scans and recommends the appropriate rotor and Rotation speed combination
6. Real-time observation of viscosity Linear dispersion and measurement data
7. Save or print measurement results
