SNB-1T digital rotational viscometer drives the rotor to swirl/spin at a constant speed in the liquid to be measured by the motor. When the rotor swirls/spins, it is subject to the viscous resistance of the liquid, which is proportional to the viscosity of the liquid. The instrument measures the resistance and calculates it internally, and finally displays the viscosity value of the liquid and related parameters on the screen.

1. Place the instrument on a stable table and adjust it to a horizontal state through the front level. 2. According to the estimated viscosity value, select the appropriate rotor and speed combination through the automatic scanning function or manually. 3. Install the selected rotor to the instrument connector. 4. Pour the sample into a measurement cup with a capacity of 300~ 400ml. 5. Slowly immerse the rotor in the sample to the specified marking line. 6. Start the measurement program on the touch screen, the instrument starts swirling/spinning and measurement. 7. After the measurement is completed, the screen displays the viscosity value and related parameters (such as temperature, shear rate, etc.). 8. You can choose to save the measurement data (up to 30 sets) or print the data with Linear dispersion through the printer interface.
