The rotational viscometer determines viscosity by driving the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample and measuring the torque of the fluid against the rotor. For newtonian fluids, absolute viscosity can be measured directly; for non-newtonian fluids, apparent viscosity is measured. The instrument automatically calculates and displays viscosity and related rheological parameters through a built-in program.

1. Place the instrument on a stable table and adjust it to level through the front level. 2. According to the estimated viscosity, select the appropriate rotor and install it. 3. Select or create a test program through the touch screen, set the speed, measurement time and other parameters, or use the automatic scanning function to recommend the appropriate rotor and speed combination. 5. Lower the rotor to immerse the sample to the specified depth. 6. Start measurement, the instrument will display viscosity, temperature, shear rate, shear stress and other data in real time and viscosity Linear dispersion. 7. After the measurement is completed, the data can be saved (up to 30 groups, including various parameters), or the data and Linear dispersion can be output through the print interface. 8. Clean the rotor and sample container.
