Overview
The LVDV-1T rotational viscometer is a modern viscosity measurement instrument integrated with touch screen technology. It uses a 5-inch color touch screen for easy and intuitive operation. It can quickly and accurately determine the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids or the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids. It has the advantages of multiple measurement parameters, high accuracy, stable rotational speed and strong anti-interference. It can replace imported instruments of the same type.

Principle
The rotational viscometer determines viscosity by driving the rotor to swirl/spin in the sample and measuring the torque of the fluid against the rotor. For newtonian fluids, absolute viscosity can be measured directly; for non-newtonian fluids, apparent viscosity is measured. The instrument automatically calculates and displays viscosity and related rheological parameters through a built-in program.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable table and adjust it to level through the front level.
2. According to the estimated viscosity, select the appropriate rotor and install it.
3. Pour the sample into a container (capacity approximately 300-400 ml) to the designated marking line.
4. Select or create a test program through the touch screen, set the speed, measurement time and other parameters, or use the automatic scanning function to recommend the appropriate rotor and speed combination.
5. Lower the rotor to immerse the sample to the specified depth.
6. Start measurement, the instrument will display viscosity, temperature, shear rate, shear stress and other data in real time and viscosity Linear dispersion.
7. After the measurement is completed, the data can be saved (up to 30 groups, including various parameters), or the data and Linear dispersion can be output through the print interface.
8. Clean the rotor and sample container.
Notice
• Be sure to place the instrument horizontally before use to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Select the appropriate rotor and speed combination according to the sample viscosity range to avoid range overflow.
• The sample injection amount needs to reach the specified marking line to ensure that the rotor immersion depth is correct.
• When measuring high viscosity or non-newtonian fluids, it is recommended to use the timing function to obtain a stable reading.
• The instrument is equipped with a temperature probe interface as standard. If you need accurate temperature control measurement, you need to choose thermostatic components (such as constant temperature bath, thermostatic cup).
When saving data, be aware of storage space limitations (up to 30 sets).
• Be careful when cleaning the rotor to avoid bending or damage.
• The instrument supports wide voltage operation, but it is necessary to confirm that the local Power supply voltage matches the frequency (110V/60Hz or 220V/50Hz).
