The Viscometer works based on the Brinell swirl/spin viscosity measurement principle. The instrument drives the rotor at a constant speed swirl/spin in the sample, and the rotor is subjected to the torque caused by the sample Tack resistance. The dynamic viscosity of the sample can be calculated by measuring the torque required to maintain the uniform rotor swirl/spin, and based on the geometry and speed of the instrument.
