Overview
FANGRUI DC1506L vertical constant temperature bath is a microcomputer temperature-controlled constant temperature water bath (oil bath) equipment. It adopts high-performance single-chip microcomputer control, self-tuning PID adjustment and imported temperature sensor, with the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy and small Fluctuation; using a good refrigeration Compressor, high refrigeration efficiency, fast cooling; using a good fully sealed stirring motor, low noise and long life.

Principle
Control system of high-performance single chip microcomputer, combined with self-tuning PID adjustment algorithm and imported temperature sensor for accurate temperature measurement and temperature control. Fast cooling is achieved through refrigeration Compressor, and the liquid temperature in the tank is uniform through fully sealed stirring motor, thus providing a High Accuracy, uniform temperature constant field source.
Applications
Bioengineering, food, chemical industry, metallurgy, chemical analysis, petroleum and other fields, providing thermostatic field sources for research institutes, colleges and universities, factory laboratories, and Quality control departments.
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium (water or oil) to the Tank.
3. Set the required temperature and over-temperature alarm value through the large-screen LCD display.
4. Start the device, and the microcomputer system will automatically adjust the temperature by PID.
5. The thermostatic test can be carried out directly in the tank, or the hose can be connected through the external circulation interface to guide the thermostatic liquid to the Miscellaneous equipment.
6. After use, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and placed in a ventilated and stable environment.
• The liquid level of the medium in the tank should be kept within the required range to trigger the liquid level protection and prevent the heating pipe from burning.
Do not move or tilt the device while it is running.
• When cleaning, please disconnect the power supply and wipe it with a soft cloth to avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the liquid in the tank and keep the equipment drying.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the connecting pipeline is unobstructed and well sealed.
