Overview
Molded shell Electrode is an Electrode produced by QIWEI with online industrial pH meters. The line length is 5 meters, and it is divided into two types: manual temperature compensation and automatic temperature compensation. It is suitable for 0~ 60 degrees Celsius Temperature range, measurement of 0~ 14pH solution, accuracy is 0.01pH.

Principle
Molded shell Electrode detects the pH value of the solution by measurement Electrode and Reference Electrode. The white transparent line is the measurement Electrode (anode), and the black line is the reference Electrode (cathode). The two-point calibrated method is used to ensure the measurement accuracy.

Steps
1. Use the Electrode mounting bracket or circulation cup to install the Electrode, and do not put it directly into the water.
2. Use a raw material tape for waterproof closure at the 3/4 thread before installation.
3. Connect the pH meter and preheat for 30 minutes before calibrating.
4. Two-point calibrating method: first use PH6.86 buffer to calibrate the position, and then use PH4.01 or PH9.18 buffer to determine the slope.
5. Electrode should be placed vertically when calibrating and measuring, with Glass bulbs facing down.
6. Clean the Electrode after use and insert the protective bottle to tighten the cap.
Notice
• Temperature range 0~ 60 degrees Celsius, more than 60 degrees Celsius is not applicable.
• Do a waterproof seal during installation to prevent water from entering and causing a short circuit.
• Electrode cannot be placed flat, it must be placed vertically.
• Wash and store properly after use.
• Glass bulbs are placed down to prevent data deviation.
