Overview
CHANGLONG BCW-678 Reflective Temperature Patch is a product with discoloration, reflective display and temperature recording functions. It has stickers for easy pasting. When the temperature of the monitoring part reaches or exceeds the rated temperature, the patch immediately discoloration and displays the over-temperature number. Its reflective characteristics make it easy to find temperature abnormalities during the day and night, so as to identify hidden dangers. The temperature measuring patch maintains the discoloration state after overheating, and no longer restores the primary color to realize the temperature recording function.
Features
1. discoloration temperature display function: when the temperature reaches the rated value, the discoloration immediately displays the overtemperature number
2. Reflective display: easy to spot during the day and night, making it easy to patrol
3. Temperature record: permanent discoloration after overheating, irreversible
4. Bring your own sticker: easy to paste on the monitoring part
5. Multi-temperature point monitoring: including 60 ℃, 70 ℃, 80 ℃ three temperature monitoring points
Principle
When the temperature of the monitoring site reaches the rated temperature of the temperature measuring patch, the patch immediately changes irreversibly from white to the corresponding temperature Color (60 ° C turns yellow, 70 ° C turns green, 80 ° C turns red), and the over-temperature number is displayed on the patch. Its reflective characteristics ensure that it can be detected in time in an environment with insufficient rays of light, and the recording state is permanently maintained after discoloration.
Applications
Substation bus connection parts, bus and equipment terminal connections, disconnector contacts, transformer casings, capacitor casings, motor casings
Steps
1. Select the part where the temperature needs to be monitored
2. Tear off the protective layer of the sticker on the back of the temperature measuring patch
3. Paste the temperature measuring patch on the surface of the monitoring part
4. Regular Inspection of Patch Color Changes
5. Record overheating when discoloration is detected and take appropriate measures
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the monitoring part is clean and drying before pasting
• Avoid using on wet or oily surfaces
• It cannot be restored after discoloration, and a new patch needs to be replaced to continue monitoring
• Pay attention to observe Color changes when patrolling, especially at night using reflective characteristics
Avoid high temperatures and humid environments when storing
