Principle
When the temperature of the monitoring site reaches or exceeds the rated temperature, the temperature measuring patch immediately turns from white to red and displays the overtemperature number; when the temperature falls below the rated temperature, the patch turns black, indicating that the rated temperature has been reached; when the temperature exceeds the limit again, it turns from black to red, and when it falls back, it turns black from red to black, achieving three Color reversible changes and continuously recording the temperature state.
Applications
Substation indoor bus connection parts, bus and equipment terminal connections, disconnector contacts, transformers, motors, capacitors and other electrical equipment shells
Steps
1. Select the monitoring part, such as the bus connection or the device housing
2. Tear off the sticker protective film on the back of the patch.
3. Paste the patch on the clean and drying monitoring surface
