Overview
CHANGLONG SW-55 (lemon yellow) temperature indicator is widely used in the connection part of the bus of the substation to monitor whether the contact at the connection of the bus is good. It is an indispensable protective item to ensure the safe operation of the substation. It can supplement the shortcomings of general thermometers. If the bus temperature is too high in time during inspection, it will be dealt with immediately to prevent accidents. It can also be used for equipment terminals, isolation switch contacts, transformers, motors, capacitors and other electrical equipment such as bearings and bushings. Measuring temperature and monitoring safe operation.
Features
1. Precision is high, the error between the melting temperature and the rated temperature of the temperature indicator is +/- 1 ℃.
2. Good safety, allowing the melting of the temperature indicator to be observed away from the bus (or electrical equipment).
3. Easy to use, as long as the temperature indicator sheet is pasted on the bus and electrical equipment, the temperature can be monitored.
4. Intuitive, it is clear at a glance whether the temperature indicator is melted on the bus and electrical equipment.
Principle
The temperature indicator film is pasted on the bus, electrical equipment or non-electrical equipment. When the temperature reaches the rated temperature (e.g. 55 ° C), the temperature indicator film melts and visually displays the temperature increase status, thus helping users detect abnormalities and take measures in time.
Applications
Substation busbar connection parts, equipment terminals connected between busbars and electrical equipment, disconnector contacts, transformers, motors, capacitors and other electrical equipment, bearings, bushings and other non-electrical equipment
Steps
1. Paste the temperature indicator sheet on the bus or electrical equipment.
2. Regularly inspect to check whether the temperature indicator is melted.
Notice
• Make sure to stick firmly and avoid peeling.
• Regularly check the status of the temperature indicator film and deal with abnormalities in time.
• Before use, confirm that the rated temperature matches the equipment requirements.
