Overview
CHANGLONG DG-2 (100g) electrical contact conductive paste, also known as power compound grease, is widely used in substations, power distribution stations, busbars and busbars, busbars and equipment terminals at the contact surface and isolation switch contacts, suitable for the same and different metal conductive material connection. It can significantly reduce contact resistance and temperature rise, improve conductivity, reduce power loss, avoid contact corrosion, and improve safety performance. The product has good electrical contact conductivity, high temperature resistance, moisture resistance, anti-oxidation, anti-mold and anti-chemical corrosion performance, no drip, no hardening, no combustion, no stimulation, long service life, can be used in the Temperature range below 200 ℃, is a national designated promotion products.
Features
1. Reduce contact resistance by 35 to 95% and temperature rise by 35 to 85% to improve electrical conductivity
2. Suitable for connecting different metal materials such as copper and copper, copper and aluminum, aluminum and aluminum
3. High temperature resistance, moisture resistance, oxidation resistance, mold resistance and chemical corrosion resistance
4. No drip, no hardening, no combustion, no stimulation, long service life
5. Temperature range below 200 ℃
6. Nationally designated promotional products
Principle
Conductive paste is applied to the contact surface of the conductive body to fill the microscopic unevenness to form a stable conductive layer, thereby reducing the contact resistance and temperature rise. It also isolates air and corrosion media, avoids oxidation and chemical corrosion, and ensures the Stability and Reliability of electrical contact.
Applications
The connection between the bus and the bus in the substation and the distribution station, the connection between the bus and the equipment terminal, the contact surface of the isolating switch, the connectors and switch contact points of household appliances such as televisions
Standards
Cone penetration 200~ 315 1/10mm, ph value 6~ 8, cold contact resistance change X ≤ 0.95 before and after paste, moisture resistance K ≤ 1.3, alternating heat and humidity temperature cycle performance K ≤ 1.5, temperature rise ≤ 65K at rated current, drop point ≥ 200 ℃, evaporation loss ≤ 1.5%, contact resistance stability coefficient K ≤ 1.5, low temperature performance No checking, volume resistivity ≥ 108Ω cm, salt fog corrosion performance K ≤ 1.5 and metal conductor contact surface No corrosion
Steps
1. Clean the contact surface of the conductive body to ensure no dirt and oxidation layer
2. Apply conductive paste evenly on the contact surface
3. Connect the conductive body and tighten it to ensure good contact
4. Check the connection to confirm that there are no voids and excess paste
Notice
• Only suitable for environments below 200 ° C
• The contact surface must be cleaned before application to avoid impurities affecting the performance
• Apply evenly to avoid being too thick or too thin
Store in a dry, cool place away from heat and direct sunlight
• Timely sealing of the container after use to prevent contamination or drying of the paste
