Overview
DASHENG DA5001/4C miniature air Compressor is a pure oil-free piston air Compressor with a small size and a storage tank volume of 4L. The product has the advantages of anti-rust coating, adjustable air pressure, and multi-stage filtrate. It is mainly composed of Compressor head, gas tank and Control system. Control system includes pressure switch, solenoid valve, safety valve and other components.

Principle
DASHENG DA5001/4C miniature air Compressor adopts the piston type Working Principle, generates compressed air through the Compressor head and stores it in the air storage tank. Control system realizes air pressure regulation and Safety protection through pressure switches, solenoid valves and other components to ensure stable operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Check whether the drain valve is closed, whether the pressure control switch is in the "0" position, the exhaust port ball valve is closed, check whether the Power supply voltage is normal
2. Remove the Nozzle Clogging of the Air Inlet, screw on the Air Filter, and make the PU tube face directly down
3. Unscrew the quick-screw ferrule of the exhaust port and put it on one end of the gas pipeline, insert the quick-screw of the gas pipeline and tighten the ferrule to connect the external equipment.
4. Plug in the power plug, and the installation will be completed when the device runs normally.

Storage environment: relative humidity not more than 80%, no corrosion gas, well ventilated clean indoor
• Operating Environment: Temperature 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity not more than 80%
• Installation conditions: The ground should be flat, and the deflection of the fuselage after installation should not exceed 2 degrees
