The YIHENG DZF-6022 Vacuum oven is a new generation of vacuum drying equipment that integrates the brand's successful experience in box heating and overcomes the technical bottleneck in the heat conduction process through dedicated research. The equipment is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis and easy-to-oxidation substances. It can be filled with inert gas internally and can also achieve rapid drying of complex items.

Principle
Vacuum oven reduces the boiling point by creating a vacuum environment, allowing the material to dry quickly at a lower temperature. At the same time, it can be filled with inert gas to protect the heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis and easy-to-oxidation substances, avoiding oxidation reactions during the drying process.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door
3. Set the required temperature parameters
4. Start the equipment for vacuum drying
5. Optional inert gas filling
6. Monitor drying process through observation window
7. Remove items after drying

● Working Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of RT + 5~ 40 ℃
● Make sure the door sealing ring is intact before use
● Pay attention to operation safety when filling with inert gas
When cleaning, use a suitable cleaner to maintain the stainless steel surface
● Avoid frequent door opening during equipment operation affecting Vacuum Level
