Principle
The product is heat treated in a vacuum state, the Vacuum Level is controlled by a vacuum pump, and the heating, vacuum holding and nitrogen holding time are set in combination with the program control to realize the process of defoaming, dehydrating and hardening.

Steps
1. Set the heating, vacuum holding and nitrogen holding time as required.
2. Start the vacuum pump to control the Vacuum Level.
3. Observe the status of objects in the workplace.
4. After stoving, end the operation according to the program.

The program control function is optional and needs to be configured according to requirements.
- Optional parts such as inert gas intake valve, liquid water Filter, drying tank, exhaust oil filtrating device, etc. need to be booked separately, and the delivery period may be extended.
- It is recommended to replace the exhaust oil filtrating device every 6 months.
- The performance parameter test is carried out under no-load conditions, Ambient Temperature 20 ℃, Environmental humidity 50% RH.
