Principle
The product performs heat treatment on the workpiece in a vacuum state, provides heat through the heating element, and uses the Vacuumpump to remove the air in the working room to create a low pressure environment, so as to realize the defoaming, dehydrating, drying and other process treatments of electronic products. Optional program control function can automatically control the time of heating, vacuum holding and nitrogen holding.
