Overview
The YIHENG DZF-6123 Vacuum oven is a new generation of vacuum drying equipment that integrates the brand's successful experience in box heating and overcomes the bottleneck in the heat conduction process through dedicated research. The equipment is specially designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances, and can be filled with inert gas internally to achieve rapid drying of complex components.

1. Cuboid studio design, effective volume utilization, equipped with microcomputer temperature controller, accurate and reliable temperature control, compared with the traditional Vacuum Chamber drying time reduced by more than 40%.
2. Adopt tempered, bulletproof double-decked Glass doors to facilitate the observation of indoor objects and support the filling of inert gas into the interior.
3. The box door is closed and adjustable, and is equipped with an integrally formed synthetic silicon door seal to ensure that the box maintains a high Vacuum Level.
4. The studio is made of stainless steel sheet material, which is durable and easy to clean.
5. Support storage, heating, testing and drying in an environment without oxygen or filled with inert gas to avoid oxidation.
Principle
Vacuum oven reduces the pressure in the box by vacuuming, reduces the boiling point of water, and accelerates the drying process of materials in combination with the heating system. It can be filled with inert gas to create an oxygen-free environment and prevent heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances from deteriorating during the drying process.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio.
2. Adjust the tightness of the door closure to ensure sealing.
3. Start the device and set the required temperature and time parameters.
4. Fill the tank with inert gas as required.
5. Observe the drying process and take out the items after completion.
Notice
• Power supply voltage check before use meets AC 220V 50Hz requirements.
• Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
• Pay attention to the operating Ambient Temperature in the range of RT + 5~ 40 ℃.
• Use appropriate tools when cleaning the studio to avoid damaging the stainless steel surface.
• After the drying is completed, the follow-up operation will be carried out after the equipment is chilled down.
