YIHENG BPZ-6210-2B Vacuum oven is suitable for heat treatment in vacuum state such as defoaming, dehydrating, hardening and drying after washing in the production process of electronic products. It is widely used in vacuum drying treatment of lithium-ion batteries, LED photoelectric components, crystal oscillators and other electronic product production processes.

8. Program control operation, heating, vacuum holding and nitrogen holding time can be set according to process requirements to ensure the stoving conformity of each batch and reduce the stoving difference of the product as much as possible. (optional)
Principle
Vacuum oven by heating the studio in a vacuum state, using the vacuum environment to reduce the boiling point, accelerate the evaporation of water and solvents in the material, and achieve precise process control through independent vacuum and nitrogen injection functions.
